Private double room with ocean glimpses approx 8sqm located on the 1st and top floors. Fresh white sheets and towels are provided for you as well as a fan, heater and extra blankets should you need them. Room also has wardrobe, fridge, table and chair, TV, kettle, tea and coffee as well as security screens to windows and blockout blinds, some rooms have privacy blinds. No Air Conditioner.

Communal bathrooms and toilets are located throughout the building as well as a communal kitchen, lounge/dining area with Netflix for your enjoyment, communal laundry facilities (coin operated) iron and ironing board also provided.

Hi there – just a super quick email to say how great your property was. We weren’t sure what to expect but it was much better than we had been expecting. Everything felt clean and there were little touches like the tea/coffee in the kitchen which was a nice touch. The room and decor was comfortable and I felt you had been super helpful with the unusual circumstances as we had with a babysitter coming to the room so we could attend a wedding.

The parking permit made a huge difference to ease. The side
entrance was safe and well lit at night. Although it is an older building
the paint colours and small decor finishes made it feel clean and fresh.
Bedding felt clean and very comfortable.

A quick note of many thanks for having us in your fantastic building and guest house on Monday and Tuesday. I have to admit I fell in love with the place pretty much immediately. What you’re all creating there is a very good thing indeed.

The beds are very comfortable, and WiFi was strong in our room 15, just in case you were wondering.

Our car made it back to Adelaide today absolutely trouble free, and dad didn’t lose his walking stick!! An excellent week.
